When you move
If you are planning to sell your home, you will need a letter from the Association prior to closing. This letter is necessary before you can settle. Please instruct your realtor or lawyer to request this letter at least two weeks before the scheduled closing date. Requests can be made to the Association Treasurer via email at knollsofhuntington@gmail.com
